Stephenie Cook, CVPM
Stephenie Cook has worked as an auto mechanic, an air traffic controller, and an IT systems manager. She never really expected to find a calling in the veterinary world. But when the opportunity presented itself, the decision to work with animals turned out to be the best one she ever made. Stephenie enjoys her multifaceted role as BCVH’s practice manager, and couldn’t be happier with the job. She is married to her best friend, with plenty of four-legged children—a hazard that comes with working at an animal hospital.
Katelyn Wassenaar, CVT
Katelyn has been with us since 2017. Growing up, Katelyn always had a love for animals. She knew from a young age that she wanted to work with animals when she was older. She attended Sanford Brown Institute and earned a A.S. in Veterinary Technology in 2014, passed her VTNE in 2015 to become a CVT ( Certified Veterinary Technician ) She loves the fast pace of veterinary medicine and that no two days are the same. She has a passion for rescuing and finding homes for animals in need. She currently lives with her numerous animals including – dogs, cats, horses and a goat named Jack.

Felisha has been with us since 2016 . Since she was a little girl, helping people and animals has been a passion of hers. It has followed her throughout her life, so when given the opportunity to be able to work with animals and people, she couldn’t pass it up. Being a veterinary receptionist allows her to be a part of a journey for every family and pet that comes in. Everyday she strives to make sure that every client that walks through the door feels like family. Her hope is that each day she is able to at least touch the heart of a few families that we have the pleasure of helping. She lives with her husband, their three amazing children and their special pup Lyla.

Jeff started with us in 2019. Since childhood he has always had a love for animals. This passion only grew during his law enforcement career when he had the honor of being chosen to be a K9 handler and later overseas as an explosive detection K9 handler. Since joining Black Creek Veterinary Hospital he really enjoys sharing his knowledge with clients to help them with their fur babies as well as helping pets have an enjoyable stay with us while boarding.His personal goal with every client is making everyone feel like they’re family.
His family is made of his 2 children and his Coonhound Henry Augustus.
Pam Fayson – Black Creek Pet Clinic
Pam has worked with us since 2013. She started in this field 20 yrs ago with no knowledge of veterinary medicine, but after working for 1 month, knew this was what she wanted to do for the rest of her life. She wants every client and pet to leave with a smile on their face and hopes that we meet their expectations and then some. She lives with her two daughters, their 2 dogs, Slinkie and Spanky and her cat, Uma.
